Luciana Almeida dos Santos
Strategist in Regenerative Tourism, ESG and Territorial Development
With over 14 years of experience in the tourism sector, in recent years she has focused on sustainability, responsible tourism and regeneration.
She is the founder of Yaraê Consulting, where she develops regenerative strategies and applied solutions that turn socio-environmental data into strategic direction for territories, businesses and destinations.
She is the creator of the Yaraê Institute, dedicated to community strengthening, the appreciation of culture and ancestral knowledge, and the regeneration of the environment in the Lakes Region of Rio de Janeiro.
